About Me!

Design, styling, and home improvement have been my passion for over 25 years.

Having lived on 4 continents, traveled to multiple countries, and moved houses 26 times, I’ve been exposed to different cultures and traditions and gained an international, diversified perspective to design.

I’ve always had a keen eye for organization, décor, and styling.
Back in the 90s, when living in California, I started by working on design projects for clients with very tight budgets.
I then got into flipping and staging houses for sale – all this while working a 9-5 corporate job.
I quickly became an avid DIYer who took extra pleasure in transforming furniture, accessories, rooms, and whole houses – gaining many skills and practical knowledge along the way.

A few years ago, while living in Europe, I worked for an international company that was growing and expanding its offices.

I welcomed the opportunity to work on 14 large design and buildout projects in Vietnam, China, Costa Rica, the USA, Bulgaria, and countries in the Mediterranean.
It was a very rewarding experience!

Now, back in the USA, I have a demanding corporate job but continue to fuel my passion for home improvement by working on my own home and helping other homeowners enhance their spaces.

I am a detail-orientated, hands-on, and practical designer with a no-fuss approach.

Making homes look stylish and function better even when budgets are tight, is my main goal as a designer.
My enthusiasm and desire to enhance spaces and make them more esthetically pleasing and comfortable are contagious and nothing excites me more than teaching others how they too can decorate and style their homes in a practical but beautiful way.

Home is where we come to recharge, relax, and be surrounded by things that bring us joy.
Everyone deserves to have a well-organized and stylish space to call home, no matter what their budget or the size of their space.

And so I’ve launched this new passion project of creating helpful and insightful videos and articles with the idea that with some advice and guidance, anyone can achieve a well-decorated and comfortable home.
